Trapeza is a concept developed in collaboration with Upplysningscentralen, UC, a swedish company that deals in credit assesment. In May 2018, a new EU regulation will affect the Swedish laws regarding credit reports. Currently, Swedish individuals do not have much control over who accesses their data, when it happens and why. The EU regulation will change this and require an individual’s permission before fetching private information. This affects the business climate for credit reporting companies in Sweden – one of them UC AB. This project goes through the process of designing and developing a new product for UC called Trapeza. Trapeza is supposed to be a PIMS (Personal Information Management Service) where a user can store and share personal data. The final product is a working web app with a real BankID authentication. My role in this project was focused on interaction design and the front end development of the web application.
